RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered or discounted items, except we've made a mistake.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please drop us an email at service@mavenwatches.com. Items on sale do not qualify for free returns. A flat rate of $20 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. Order placed with the express delivery, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
- We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. For additional questions, email us at service@mavenwatches.com and we’ll help you out.
WARRANTY & REPAIR
- Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Maven Watches. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
The warranty for a Maven timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
- Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
